TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear Friends, Travellers and Clients,

Thank you very much for choosing us! The Peruvian system of services and products sometimes differs from your country. We strongly suggest you read the following carefully:

  • Bloody Bueno Peru is strongly against and condemns any exploitation and harassment of vulnerable groups. We promote equal opportunities and promote decent and fair work for all. Should you hear or see any inequalities or exploitation happening on one of our tours or within our community, please communicate it to us immediately so we can manage the situation accordingly and report it to the right authorities.
  • Bloody Bueno Peru operates walking tours that are tip-based, however to ensure that the time of our guide is covered fairly we recommend a minimum tip of soles 25.00 per person (USD 6.70/ EUR 6.37/BRITISH POUNDS 5.30).
  • To operate our walking tour we require a minimum of 3 people. Should there be less people, Bloody Bueno Peru reserves the right to reschedule the tour; cancel the tour; offer a private tour; or recommend the services of another provider.
  • Bloody Bueno Peru operates walking tours in English and Spanish. Should there be a small group the guide may provide a bilingual tour service in English and Spanish.
  • Our tours start punctually at 10am, 1pm and 3.30pm. Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time.
  • During low season (Nov-Mar), we will only offer fixed English tours at 10am and Spanish tours at 1pm and 3.30pm from Monday-Saturday. Should you wish to participate in an English tour at 1pm or 3.30pm or a Spanish tour at 10am please contact us directly to see availability (info@bloodybuenoperu.com).
  • If you are running late or need to cancel please let us know via Whatsapp (+51 930 161 243) so that we can inform the guide and our team. If you are running late one of our team members will lead you to the group.
  • If weather conditions are bad, the tour may be rescheduled.
  • Please ensure to dress appropriately, bringing warm clothes, comfortable shoes, hat, sunglasses and sun cream, poncho or umbrella (especially from Dec-Mar).
  • The free ceviche experience during the morning tour at 10am will be provided with a minimum of 5 people.
  • Please note we do NOT operate tours on 24 June; 24 & 25 December; and 1 January due to public holiday.
  • Private walking tours are also available with prior booking.
  • When taking photos with a local or when visiting the animal sanctuary a tip to the local provider is expected for this experience.
