You will be picked up from your accommodation between 4:30 a.m. and 4.45 a.m. We will travel to the town of Tinke 3780 m.a.s.l (3 hours approx). From here we will take a short-cut to the town of Pacchanta 4310 m.a.s.l (40 minutes approx) where we will have breakfast and is also the starting point of our hike to the 7 lakes (6.5 km approx).

The hike will take approximately 5 hours where we will visit the lakes of Azulqocha, Otorongo, Alqacocha, Q’omercocha and Patacocha 4740 m.a.s.l. During the hike you will see the magestic mountain of Ausangate 6380 m.a.s.l., as well as  native animals including alpacas, llamas and chinchilas. If we are lucky, we may even see condors! At the end of the curcuit we will return to Pacchanta where lunch will be served. You will have free time (around 45 minutes) to relax and for those who wish, can visit and enjoy the waters of the natural hot springs (thermal baths).

We will then return to Cusco arriving at approximately 7.00/7.30 pm

The tour to the 7 lakes takes place in a zone with high altitude that varias between 4300 m.a.s.l. and 4740 m.a.s.l., and can be very cold. It is highly recommended to bring warm clothes.
